Glorybumps

I would like to share this amazing story with you.........On Christmas Eve 2006, I received a very special book from my sister Kim. I had been journaling and writing love letters to God for months then....and found a new relationship with Him through this process. She was shopping in Mardel's and found this book on the shelf. It was called "Love Letters from God" and she thought instantly that it would be a perfect gift to me. She said she thumbed through it and read a few passages and knew it was perfect. As I opened the gift, I immediately fell in love with it! It was letters that were written from God and these letters were exactly what I needed. Letters back to me~ This time, as I was thumbing through the pages, I found that some of the pages were written on and even some dated. I mentioned it to Kim and she was instantly offended that someone would write in a book that was on the shelf, not to mention the one she had picked up to buy. She remembered looking though the book and not seeing any of the pages marked on. I instantly formed "glorybumps" all over my skin. This book was for ME! God had placed that book on the shelf for ME! The words written were just for me, not to mention the dates that had been recorded. Some of the letters had been dated to a specific date that had impacted my life in those past few months. The letters were titled and written just for that occasion. I knew that I would cherish that book forever. I have read every letter in that book, way more than once. I have journaled in it, added my own dates and special words to God. What is very special is the way He woos you, encourages you and reminds you of His love for you and then He always signs it in a very special way. I encourage each of you to pick up this book. Take a look at it, read the words written in it. I pray that it somehow blesses your life like it has mine. Thank you again Kim for the most special gift I could have received. I still love this book to this day!
